Arriving at the spot

When you book your escape you will receive a mail with all the needed information's, including the exact adress.

​

We welcome you as from 12H00 for the Lunch & as from 19H00 for the diner.

​

On location, follow the indications to the parking. think green, do not hesitate to carpool with your friends. 

​

On the spot, everything will be ready for you. Food, beverages, fire (if necessary). You will not see everyone from the organization except if you have an emergency, a phone number is deplayed in the spots. 

​

All our spots are heated by a wood stove and/or an electrical heater.

​

Toilets (dry) are available on the parking. 

​

If you booked extras, make sur you take your swimsuit & your towels with you.

 

Leaving the Spot: 

​

After enjoying you escape, you don't need to clean up everything, we will do it for you! 

​

However, we kindly ask you to remove all the outdoor textiles and place them into the spot. You know how the Belgian weather can be! 

​

We kindly ask you to leave the spot at 16H00 after the lunch & at 23H30 for the diners.

​

Also, to avoid all the fire risk, we ask you to make sure all the candles are blown out.

​

No worries for the stoves,  for the barbecue/pizza oven please make sur the fire is on it's end.

Cancellation politic:

7 days before the event: full pay back

Less than 7 days before the event: no pay back
